Hey aspirant, if you manage to get more percentage in your 12th boards than what is required for being eligible for admission in any NIT then you can definitely get admission in your preferred NIT.
But I can't predict whether you can get admission in NIT with 300 marks because admission is given on the basis of rank which is calculated from percentile this year.
If you have secured above 98% which certainly you have not you may get into an NIT.
