dear aspirant,hope you are doing well.now coming to your question.if you got government medical college in NEET 1st round and didn't filled any option in 2nd round then you would get the allotment of the 1st choice if you have locked it.but if you have applied for 2nd round but didn't fill any option,then might chances that you will be in trouble.take help from the councelling comittee for better help.
