Very few or almost 0 colleges consider your Computer Science score in 12th. But knowing about computer science especially C, C++ helps a lot for your future. After your 12th exams if you find time, you can practice programming.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.
