Nothing, you will still get admission in an engineering colleges based in your jee mains score.
JEE Advanced is conducted for admission in 23 IITs in the country. Basically JEE Main is the eligibility test for appearing in JEE Advanced exam.
If you will get a good percentile jee mains then you can get admission in NITs, IIITs, CFTIs which are other colleges colleges in india.

Hi dear hope you are doing really well. if you have qualified JEE mains with good rank then congratulation you are going to get admission into NIT, IIIT, GFTI and some other engineering colleges. But if you fail to qualify JEE advanced you will not get admission into IIT. You can get admission in the above-mentioned colleges through josaa counselling. Hope this will help you good luck.
