NO , there will be no problem in NEET UG examination  if "if in your photo one ear is slightly small as compared to another ear "  and you should not worry about this problem .If in case there is a problem NTA authorities will notify you on your registered email address .

You should only worry about your preparation as there is little time left for the preparation .
