Hey, thank you for contacting us. As per the rules of the CBSE board improvement exam, a candidate is not allowed to go for further studies if the candidates decide on giving an improvement exam. He/She has to drop a year to give the exam. But if you are only waiting for the result you may need to ask your respective college. I hope this helped.
