what if my response to the first round seat allocation was to "float" and move to the second round and today was the last day to submit the respond on it and i wasn't able to do that on time for some reason...so would it carry my last response as "float" further to the third round ?

Hi Kashish Dewani,

The candidates can float the seat till a seat is frozen. You can float multiple seats at a time, but you can freeze only one seat. Note that, once you have frozen a seat, you cannot float it back again.

Since your response was float till the second round was completed and if you have not frozen any seat till that time, then the float will get carried to next round until you freeze a seat. Make sure that you freeze the seat.
