I understand you are discussing IELTS, the English language proficiency score. English Language proficiency score is a mandatory requirement for admissions to academic programs in English speaking countries or courses which are offered in English.
Please do tell me what program you want to pursue abroad as the eligibility criteria for UG and Graduate programs abroad is different.
