Yes, definitely, if you are not alloted seat on both round d, your money will be refunded. In case, you get a seat and you left that, your money will be forfeited

In the second round counselling if you do not join the alloted college then you need to pay Rs. 10,000 & half to SC, ST, OBC for Governmnet and for Deemed universities you need to pay Rs. 2,00000 for leaving the seat.
