Assuming that your question meant filling in wrong details in the application form for JEE Advanced 2020, it is to be noted that form corrections are not entertained or allowed after final submission . Before a candidate proceed to the first part of the application, he/she is expected to read the instructions and guidelines carefully. The same applies , while filling in the details too. After filling in the details , before clicking the " Final Submit" option in the last page, the candidate will have a chance to correct any mistakes by clicking "Edit Registration Form". This is only chance for correction hence, one must check several times before clicking final submit. If it is a very small mistake you may try contacting the officials by calling or mailing them,at jeeadv@admin.iitd.ac.in, if you are lucky they  may resolve the issue. Now if you mean, the whole application is wrong ,in the sense major mistakes, I am afraid you may have to register again with a new account. If you have not paid the fee yet , then there is no harm in doing this .  But if you have paid , then I am afraid its too late and  you have to pay again for the new application, as they do no refund the fee. If you have qualified the jee mains exam and have passed your class 12th with more than 75 percent then your are eligible to give jee advanced 2020.
The jee advanced registration will be closed on September 17th on 5 pm.
Now if you have made a mistake in form filling of jee advanced, then you must mail to the jee advanced board stating your problem or issue.
After the E-mail, wait for their reply and they will give you your respective solutions for correction of details.

Now, if you filled the wrong details and doesn't take   action, then at verification process during jossa counseling at reporting centre your candidature will be cancelled, and you will be rejected for sure. It doesn't matters that you have secured a good rank or not, simply you will be rejected and after that your all the preparation, hard work will all go in vain.

So it's better you to email the jee advanced board if you did some mistake while filling the application form.
