For showing and proving your pwd seat you have to. Attach the pwd certificate in the admission form. Then while verification they will verify according to that only so if your report is accurate and you are genuinely a pwd candidate then nothing will happen.

But if your report somehow come false you might loose the seat or some strict action against you will be taken.
