First, you have to be clear about your question that what you want to ask, as if you did not mention that for which supplementary exam you are looking for and in which course you want to enroll in like, in the 3 years course or in the 5 years course of LLB ?. If you clarify this, it is easier for us to answer.

Otherwise, according to your question and the information provided, you are not eligible for the exam , if you will score less than 45% , as its eligibility criteria is like as you have to score at least 45% or above as it is the minimum criteria mentioned by the college in graduation as well as in the post-graduation programme.

The Candidates for 3 year LL.B. should have passed any Graduate Degree (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Universities concerned. If any candidate secured less than 45% in graduation, he should have passed any additional graduation or post-graduation with 45%.  Also, keep this thing in mind that if you will not passing your 10+2 examination or in any graduation or have given any type of supplementary exam for the same then you will not get admission in renowned college.
