Hello sandhya,

Third year students are not allowed for GATE examination,only final year students & UG completed students are eligible for writing GATE exam.Also GATE rank is valid for three years.

Hi, You can not apply for GATE in 3rd year. You can apply in final year only for GATE. This is against the eligibility criteria of GATE.Good Luck.
