If you will take CS in class 12th then definitely it will become a lot easy for you to understand the concepts if you opt for CSE branch after class 12th.This will help you to enhance your coding skills.
But go with your interest only!!

Computer Science subject is based on coding. If you are interested and planning to take B.Tech or BE in Computer Science after 12th, Then your choice is best. You will have complete basics of the subject and you will feel extremely easy in the Engineering.
