Yes ,there is a chance if you don't get seat in 1st merit list than you may get seat in later list. But there is no surety. If your percentage is 3-5% less than cut off of first merit list then there will be some chance.It is also not compulsory that cut off decrease in later list. Sometimes cutoff goes higher in later list also.
