NTA issued the guidelines for NEET exam day which includes all the details like what to carry to examination center, what not to carry, what precautions to be taken for protection from COVID-19, apart from following things you are only allowed to take some fruits and water bottle if you are diabetic or suffering from any disease with authentic medical certificate:-

• Printout of NEET admit card
• A passport size photograph (as uploaded on NEET application form)
• A valid ID proof
• PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Water bottle

Don't forget to wear mask and carry sanitizer just for precautional purpose. However masks and sanitizer will be provided at exam centre too.
