Diploma, certificate and degree courses are available across India specializing in cooking and catering. Students who have passed the 10+2 board examination (any stream- Science/Commerce/Arts) are eligible to pursue this course.

You can also join any IHM for a basic graduation and then move to specialty cuisines abroad.

There are many entrance exam of Hotel Management you can sit for - NCHMCT JEE, IPU CET Hotel Management, Manipal University Hotel Management, UGAT BHM, UKSEE, and BHMCT.
