Acid rain occurs when water pH value goes down 5.6 .It occur due to chemical reactions between some sulphur oxide and oxygen with water to form sulphuric acid H2SO4. it's affecting our day to day life very badly ,the very bad effect can be seen on taj mahal which is loosing it's whitening day by day and becoming pale yellow ,if you see taj mahal then you will notice that it has become yellowish that is due to acid rain . Also the another bad effect is on the plants. Acid rain removes the minerals and nutrients from soil that is the need of plants to grow
