Post Graduate Diploma course in Homeland Security is offered by the Department of Defence and National Security Studies, PU and the eligibility requirement is that you must have Bachelor's degree in any discipline of the Panjab University or any university recognized by it with at least 50% marks. There are 25 seats in the course including 15 Serving Personnel recommended by their respective Departments and10 Open.

Admission to this course is merit-based and there is no entrance/aptitude test conducted by PU for admissions.
