AIEESE refers to All India Engineering Entrance Scholarship Examination.
There are two AIEESE examinations : 1. AIEESE (Primary) 2. AIEESE (Secondary).

AIEESE (Primary) is the gateway for the senior secondary students to enter in the world of engineering education by removing all their economic constraints. It helps all the Engineering / Architecture / Bio-Engineering and Allied health sciences aspirants to avail an opportunity of admission with up to 100% tuition fee as Scholarship in any of the 1000  Govt. approved AIEESE (Primary) participating institutes.

AIEESE (Secondary) examination is meant for all those 12th passed or appearing students who aspire to establish a career in Engineering and wish to pursue their B. Tech. /B.E. degrees from any of the IIT/NIT/IIIT/GFTI/ICAR/TOP (P) Universities on scholarship. It is purely a merit based examination which is conducted every year to provide financial assistance to all the meritorious and deserving students.
