As per your query , All private colleges gives some extra seats irrespective of your reversvation status ( oc , bc, sc,st ) are based on the jee mains score these seats are said to be B category . Seats which are allocated under the convener quota that is based on your eamcet rank and the reservation is an A category . Fee structure is same for both  categories.
