If you want to build career in technical role, you should go for MS or Mtech in IT/CSE.

If you want to go for management eoles, MBA in IT is must.

Average package is more in MBA and has exponential career growth if done from top20 colleges in india.

MS too has excellent opportunity across USA and Canada with average package of 60000dollar per year.

Overall decisions should be based on your interest.
