As per your query,firstly i would like to say the thing is not about the best use . The main point is applications of AI is increasing in every sector efficiently in SOCIAL MEDIA,Railways(driver-less metro), Gmails(spams),ITs. Several vacanies has come out for machine learning engineer so its is being used in all sector, we cant where it used best but yes sure it is very high in demand now a days
