What is better in pursuing M.Tech. Good branches like Structural engineering from an average NITs OR or Any branch from a good NITs?

My suggestion is depends on your passion because you've already gone through the btech which means you've enough knowledge to decide your future and if you really passionate about structural engineer you wouldn't have raise this question. So better go through all the possible branches once and decide with heart and mind too. Then only you can take correct decision.
