Hi, candidate undertaking means you are given some rules and regulations which have to follow. Undertaking is signed by candidate as an agreement. You need to write all the information asked in the form and finally you and your guardian need to sign it. You can take the printout of the format from the annexures in the rules given in the josaa website.
