central nominees seat is reserved by the government of India for students whose parents either serve in the home ministry or defence ministry of the country or for those students who belong to states/UTs where there are no medical colleges like in northeastern part of the country.

there are 30 such seats reserved under central nominee quota in Bihar

the breakdown is as follows:

• P.M.C, Patna=5 seats
• D.M.C.,Laheriasarai = 5 seats
• J.L.N.M.C., Bhagalpur = 4 seats
• N.M.C., Patna = 4 seats
• S.K.M.C., Muzaffarpur = 4 seats
• A.N.M.M.C., Gaya = 4 seats
• Patna Dental College,= 4 seats
