Character certificate means and refers to yourcharacter in which many other things may come into consideration. Certificates in this respect which are issued bear the heading: Conduct and Character Certificate.

Character Certificate is issued by your school authority itself. In most of the schools the process of obtaining a character certificate is same. You simply have to give an application addressing principal of your school requesting him to give you Character Certificate. In most of school you donot have to pay any charges.
