Dear Ramesh, if you are going to college and also preparing for next year entrance exam then it will college +drop or partial dropper.

Many students opt for this option when they don't get a good college. Like a student who had given JEE MAINS got a very good rank and he got DTU in the very first round and he could not score well in advanced due to some reason. So, if he is also going to DTU regularly attending lectures and he is preparing for the next year JEE MAINS & ADVANCED exam then he is a partial dropper.

Nowadays colleges have strict rules regarding to attendance (75% min.) so partial droppers too have to come regularly for the colleges.

Hope this helps :)
