It seems like you are curious regarding your mailing address. You have not specified where you are required to fill the above information and thus I would like to mention in a very generalised manner. 

If its not mentioned as "e-mail" then it would refer to your complete address of residence. You have to give the address where you live in, preferably the permanent one.
