For NEET correction form, unless you are changing your Category, there is no additional fees. Let's say for example, you belong to SC/ST, and you want to change your Category to General, OBC, then you will be charged in additional according to the application fees for these Categories. That is the only time you have to pay in additional. Or else, corrections in NEET application form do not cost you anything.
