Hello,

MBBS/MD in USA is a PG-Postgraduate course unlike in India where it is completed as a UG- Undergraduate degree. MBBS and MD are same im USA and this whole course is for 4 years.

However, international students are required to fulfill an additional criteria by completing a pre-medical course (BS degree) after 12th Grade from a USA university to apply for MBBS course further.

After completing BS degree students have to apply for MCAT(Medical College Admission Test)  examination and after acing the examination one gets eligible to take admission in top Medical college in USA.
