Computer Science Engineering (CSE) is the base and CSM is additionally based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Further, it depends on your interest if you have interest in Artificial Intelligence then you can proceed with CSM , but if you have interest in Computer designs and different applications then go further with CSE.
