Hello,

NEET or national eligibility cum entrance test is conducted by national testing agency  for admission of students to medicine courses.

The cut off is the minimum marks required for admission to any university/college/institute. Cut offs vary from state to state and college to college. It is calculated, based on factors such as difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates, cut off trends etc.
