Although the cutoff changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.

But we can have some idea  with the help of previous year cutoffs. The seats are divided as 30 percent under state quota and 70 percent under regional quota. For SC category, was around 390 marks in NEET UG exam under state quota. And under regional quota, marks are somewhat less.
