Admission to BMS colleges is based on the score in NEET. The cutoffs are same as Neet. 

For securing a seat to government college, a candidate must score over 420 marks according to general category cutoff list while for other categories, it is bit less. It completely depends on the state which you are seeking admission in, or to say, it is dependent on the domicile. As in Delhi, the cutoff for BMS colleges goes over 550 to 600 marks.
