Cytoplasm :

The cytoplasm is a jelly-like substance found within the cell membrane of all living cells. It is composed of water, salts, proteins, and other molecules. The cytoplasm plays a key role in maintaining the cell's shape, supporting organelles, and facilitating the movement of materials within the cell. It consists of two main parts:

Cytosol: The liquid portion of the cytoplasm.

Organelles: Structures like mitochondria, ribosomes, and the endoplasmic reticulum.

Zoology :

Zoology is the branch of biology that focuses on the study of animals, including their structure, physiology, behavior, evolution, and classification. It encompasses a wide range of topics such as animal anatomy, ecology, evolution, and conservation. Zoologists study both invertebrates (like insects and worms) and vertebrates (like mammals, birds, and reptiles).

Hello Aashita,

Cytoplasm

  • Cytoplasm is the thick, jelly-like fluid inside a cell.

  • It fills the space between the cell membrane and the nucleus.

  • It holds and protects the cell’s parts (like mitochondria, ribosomes, etc.).

  • It also helps in moving materials around inside the cell.

Think of it like the "water" or "gel" in which all the tiny machines of the cell float!

Zoology

  • Zoology is the study of animals .

  • It includes learning about animal behavior, structure, evolution, and habitats .

  • Zoologists study everything from tiny insects to giant whales!

  • It is a branch of biology focused only on animals (not plants).

The semi-solid, jelly-like substance within cells between the cell membrane and the nucleus is termed cytoplasm.  It encloses and supports the cell's organelles, serves as a medium for metabolic activity, and helps maintain the interior structure and environment of the cell.

The scientific study of the structure, classification, behavior, development, and relationship of animals with their environment is referred to as zoology.

Hello ,

As per your mentioned query , Cytoplasm is a fluid that present inside the cell excluding the nucleus. It is a jelly like substance. It holds all the cells organelles and structures.

Zoology is the branch of science that deals with the study of animals. Along with their structure , function, behaviour. It is a broad field which is further classified.

I hope this will be helpful for you!

Revert for further query !

Hii,

Cytoplasm is a thick, jelly-like fluid inside a cell. It fills the space between the cell's outer wall and the center part (nucleus). It holds all the tiny parts of the cell and helps them work properly.

Zoology is the study of animals. It teaches us about how animals live, what they eat, how they grow, and how they behave. Scientists who study animals are called zoologists.
