There are Institutes which give part-time Engineering programs like IGNOU, Annamalai University, etc, but no part-time programs can stand equivalent to a

program. The reason being,

1. The competitiveness of the full-time program, Entering a full-time Engineering is much tougher than a part-time program.

2. The kind of practical exposure required in the engineering program is only possible through a full-time program. So, definitely full-time Engineering students will have an upper hand on part-time Engineering graduate & advisable is that you should go for a full-time program.

Full time is that course in which you have to do classes in morning time and you shouldn't do any thing else other than engineering but part time is that in which your classes will be held at evening and you should do job with your studies
