The basic difference between electrical and electronic is based on high and low power. 

Electrical deals with high voltages for example transmission lines, heavy electric motors etc. And Electronics on other hand works on lower voltage and current. For example tv, refrigerators, AC etc. Also in electrical we study current through conductor. Electronics we study current through semiconductors.
