Dual degree means specialization in two fields like if you choose MBA ( Dual specialization) so you have to select two fields. B.tech with MBA does not mean dual degree,

Dual specialisation means MBA in two fields, it can be either in like finance, HR, marketing etc.

Its not related to B.tech.
