Hello Saurabh,

Electric field:- The region around the electric charge in         which the stress or electric force act is called an          electric field or electrostatic field.

Electron:- It is a part of atom. The electron is a subatomic   particle, whose whose electric charge is negative one    elementary charge.

Electron is a negatively charged particle
