Enrollment number is a number through which you can accesses your requirement. Example if you are taking admission or readmission in IGNOU then you have to submitted the enrollment number through this you can accesses their official portal or admission form fill up etc.. you can do .It is mostly given by university or college through the register mail id or phone number .
