You may silently leave the counselling without going through any steps further which is called as free exit and you’ll be considered for refunding the amount.

However, if you go for second round and in case you didn't got any seat, then yes, your security fees will be forfeited(lose the fees).

NOTE: The refund will be initiated only after completion of all rounds of Counseling in case of round-1.
