The qualifying percentile (EWS Category) in NEET 2020 exam is the 45th percentile. The expected cut-off is 146-129. You should have a score at least in the range of 500 in NEET 2020 to be eligible for SVMC, Tirupati. There might be some little changes in the cutoff as this range is based on the previous year's results.
