After looking few last year trends,  I can say that to get a seat in Government Medical College,  one must score 550+ marks in neet if he /she is from general category. For example, last year cut off marks for Nalanda Medical College, Patna was 552 under all india quota for general category.
This year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off may get a hike.
