A freelancer is someone who doesn't get employed by a company and the person is self employed. Clients ask for their help and they do the job done and get paid for it. 

Freelancing is an excellent career these days. You don't have to do a 9 to 5 job. You just need to choose the time and work. 

You can get educated in any field and then find jobs online for a particular time. You can join any course such as web designing and then you can search work online. There are plenty of websites offering work for freelancer.

So for work like website design you can join some coaching to learn coding language like html,css etc .

On the other hand you may learn all the things by yourself with the helps of internet.
