Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, or as it is better known GATE is conducted every year for recruitment to PSUs and admission to M.Tech courses offered by various institutes. This year GATE was conducted by IIT Madras in online mode on February 2,3,9 and 10. The cut offs are the least rank that you need to get admission in some institute or be recruited by a PSU.
