Harmonies are a way of producing sound in music instruments.

These  used on string in music instruments and wind instruments Particularly to play the instruments with higher nodes.

With the help of Strings Notes with a unique sound quality are obtained. These are called as tone colours.

Bowed harmonies on the strings have a pure abd a glassy tone.

On the stringed instruments harmonies are played by touching and bh pressing a little on a exact point on the string .

A pitch is produced that has higher fundamental frequency of string.
