ICICI bank conducts national level test for selecting candidates for PO Programmes. Based on the candidate’s performance in written & Psychometric test, Group Discussion & Personal Interview they will be selected for one year training in post-graduate diploma in banking (PGDB) conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA), Bangalore. After completing the training, they are recruited in ICICI Bank on an annual package of 4 lakhs. ICICI Bank PO can be taken up by candidates who are below 25 years of age and have 55% in graduation.
