Incomplete dominance is a type of inheritance where neither of the two alleles is completely dominant over the other. Instead, the offspring shows a blend or mix of the traits from both parents.

When a red-flowered plant (RR) is crossed with a white-flowered plant (WW), the resulting offspring (RW) has pink flowers. The pink is a mix, not red, not white, but something in between.
