Hi Harshit

Liberal education seeks to educate students on a wide range of topics, and is focused on enhancing one's critical skills, the ability to criticize. Conventional education, on the other hand, for example, technical education like B.Tech, MBBS etc. is focused on enhancing skills only in a particular area of expertise. However, things have gone a paradigm shift in recent years. Many engineering colleges like IITs, DTU etc are now making it a part of their degree requirement for students to take up liberal courses eg, Psychology, Critical Thinking, Sociology etc.
